Retirement Plan Administrator
Linium has been engaged to recruit for a talented Retirement Plan Administrator to join an Albany-based, fiduciary advisory firm. Our client provides customized planning and service to businesses primarily in the construction industry. They offer a convenient Albany location in beautifully refurbished office space.
As a Retirement Plan Administrator, you will manage participant payments, compliance testing, annual 5500 reporting as well as fielding questions from participants. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to their clients. Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:
• Minimum of 2years’ experience in retirement plan administration
• Previous experience with trust accounting and reconciliation
• Experience in compliance testing including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 415 and non-discrimination
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Associates Degree or higher (Accounting or Math a plus)
