Six Flags Great Escape: Fright Fest 2010

Fight Fest 2010: Lake George Gets Spooky!

Fright Fest is the annual transformation of Six Flags Great Escape from a theme park to a spooky playground!

Daytime visitors will be greeted with a host of family friendly activites such as a trick-or-treat trail, pumpkin painting, cookie decorating and other great events. Then once the clock strikes 4:00pm the park turns into a 'ScareGround' filled with ghouls and goblins wandering the grounds.

All of the signature rides and attractions remain open, except for the water rides. Patrons can still enjoy favorites such as the Comet and the Sasquatch while surrounded by beautiful Adirondack fall foliage.

Fright Fest is also known for it's great Halloween themed shows. This year there is a great show playing in the Alpine Fest House called 'Love At First Fright' about two kids accepting a dare to spend the night in a cemetary. There are also a number of thrilling shows at the Splash Theater that are sure to entertain.

Fright Fest 2010, another part of your LakeGeorge.com experience.
