We’re looking at a wide variety of events happening in the Lake George region this weekend, from outdoor competitions at West Mountain to eight bands playing at a chili-themed fundraiser to wrapping up the end of maple month.

If you love a great historical reenactment, head to Fort William Henry Museum on Saturday for Vaudreuil’s Raid. Reenactments will be taking place at 10am and 2pm, and the event is free and open to the public to watch.

For the recently engaged, Fort William Henry (the hotel, not the museum!) is hosting the Lake George Wedding Show on Saturday afternoon. Meet with industry professionals, tour the recently renovated hotel, and maybe catch one of the reenactments happening at the neighboring museum.
