13th Annual Lake George Community Band Festival – Friday, July 14 & Saturday, July 15
Don’t miss out on the 13th annual Lake George Community Band Festival in Lake George’s Shepard Park this Friday and Saturday. Featuring concert and jazz bands from the Northeast and Canada, admission to the event is free. Check out the jazz bands on Friday evening, and then stop by on Saturday for a whole day of performances by concert bands.
Adirondack Theatre Festival: Knights of the Sales Office – Friday, July 14 & Saturday, July 15
Adirondack Theatre Festival’s 2017 season continues with performances of Knights of the Sales Office at the Charles R. Wood Theater in Glens Falls. This hilarious new comedy is best described as The Office meets Game of Thrones, and it was created by Hank Greene. In addition to this weekend, show dates will include July 17, 18, 19, and 20.
The Legendary Smokey Greene and the Greene Bros. – Sunday, July 16
This Sunday at 7:00pm, the Legendary Smokey Greene Brothers will perform live at the Little Theater on the Farm in Fort Edward. Admission is $10 for adults and $7 for seniors and students. There will also be refreshments, a 50/50 raffle, baked goods, and more available.

Open Studios Tour of Washington County – Thursday, July 13 – Sunday, July 16
Open Studios of Washington County has expanded their summer 2017 studios tour to four days this year! Located across Washington County, 20 regional artists will open up their working environments for people to visit for FREE. This is a special opportunity to see the studios of painters, sculptors, and more.
Free Docent Tours – Friday, July 16 – Sunday, July 18
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of this weekend, you can join a free tour of Hyde House and its special exhibitions at The Hyde Collection in Glens Falls. The tours will begin at 1:00pm and 2:00pm on each day.

The 2nd annual Craft Beverage Festival at the Warrensburg Riverfront Farmers’ Market is scheduled for this Friday from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Enjoy craft beverage tastings, a wide selection of food available for purchase, and more. The market is located across from Curtis Lumber in Warrensburg’s Historic District.
Riverview Arts and Crafts Festival – Saturday, July 15
Visit the nearby Town of Lake Luzerne and check out their annual Riverview Arts and Crafts Festival this Saturday from 9:00am-4:00pm. The festival will take place at Pavilion Park and feature over 40 unique crafters as well as a huge library book sale. Admission is free.

Get ready for the first ever Queen of the Lakes Pro-Am Volleyball Tournament in Lake George this weekend at Million Dollar Beach and the Charles R. Wood Park Festival Commons. Over 150 professional and amateur athletes are expected to compete over the course of three days.
JRV Touch A Truck Event – Saturday, July 15
Bring the kids over to Queensbury Elementary School this Saturday for a special JRV Touch A Truck Event. This is a fantastic opportunity to get up close and sit in the driver’s seat of some really cool trucks, including fire trucks, safety vehicles, and more. Don’t forget to bring your camera!
