The weather forecast for this weekend looks great, which means there’s only one place I want to be: the beach!
Lake George is known for its great beaches, so here’s some quick details on where and when to go.
7:00am – 11:00pm
This free, family-friendly beach is located in the heart of the village. It also features public restrooms and a playground!
7:00am – 10:00pm
Located in Bolton Landing, Rogers Memorial Park has a tennis court, basketball court, docks, grills, and more for visitors to take advantage of!
7:00am – 10:00pm
Veteran’s Park Beach is just a half mile north of Rogers Memorial Park Beach, and has a lifeguard on duty from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
10:00am – 6:00pm
If you’re in the Hague area, this free beach on Lake Shore Drive is for you!
11:00am – 7:00pm
The Washington County Beach at Huletts Landing is the only free public beach on Lake George in Washington County!
Million Dollar Beach and Usher’s Park Beach are temporarily closed while a spill is being investigated (more details to follow), but there are plenty of other beaches to enjoy this weekend!
