Cient Support Specialist
Linium is seeking candidates for a direct hire Client Support Specialist position with an excellent organization in the energy industry. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay for the position is $13-14 per hour, depending on experience. You must be willing to work in both offices during the week. As the Client Support Specialist, you will work closely with current customers to address questions or concerns related to the company products and services. The position is primarily phone based but will have some personal interaction with customers who come on site to pay invoices. Additional responsibilities may include documenting customer information, organizing billing information, and setting appointments.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:
• Associates degree or higher
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office products
