Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift
Linium is seeking candidates for a direct hire Customer Service Representative position with an excellent organization in the energy industry. The shift available for this position is:
Wednesday – Saturday, 11:00AM – 10:00PM
Pay for the position is $14-15 per hour, depending on experience. As the Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with current customers to address questions or concerns related to the company products and services. The position is primarily phone based but will have some personal interaction with customers who come on-site to pay invoices. Additional responsibilities may include documenting customer information, organizing billing information, and setting appointments.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
• Associates’ degree or higher
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office products
