Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a professional and organized administrative candidate for a Administrative Assistant role! Duties for this position include making copies, organizing, collating and distributing documentation. In addition, you will be maintaining an office filing system and tracking document flow. Transfer of documentation will be done to multiple company sites via company shuttle.

This is a great opportunity for a very organized administrative assistant who would like to work in an excellent organization!

Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:
• Associate’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years’ relevant work experience
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and have data entry experience
• Experience working in a regulated industry or experience in cGMP environment is preferred
