When the snow melts and the ground thaws, garden produce may still be far off. Not to worry, wild edibles are the first delicious greens of spring! Learn how dandelions, nettles and ramps can grace your early spring cooking. Students will learn a variety of methods to turn these common weeds into nourishing food.
