Bartending courses are great for enthusiasts and those interested in working in the hospitality field! Sign up for the series or one of the individual Bartending courses based on your prior training, experience, interests etc.
Looking to take your bartending skills to the next level? After a brief review of NYS rules and regulations applicable to alcohol service, course will offer participants an opportunity to increase their familiarity with a wider variety of beers, mixed drinks, wines, trending cocktails and menu development. This hands-on course will offer participants significant time behind the bar rehearsing skills and opportunities to practice teamwork, recall of orders and elements of “style.” Bartending II offers a valuable review and opportunity for development for seasoned bartenders and inspires new bartenders to advance their skills and techniques.
In order to register and successfully complete this course, participants must have completed the Bartending & Mixology course or be proficient in content addressed in that course (see above) through experience and be TIPS-certified. Attendance at all four sessions is required to earn a certificate of completion.
