Called to cancel three weeks before .Because of illness. I was told there are no refunds . Make sure you are healthy before you make a reservations.

After not being able to provide service due to opening late in the season, according to employee Lynn. When asked for the name of the other dinner cruise establishment, they did not share the name of the other business and stated they did not even know the name of the other company. What kind of small town does not know the name of their competitors! Are they even involved in their local chamber of commerce, or business associations?
Not knowing common knowledge of the community they do business in, is ridiculous!
