Lake George Bands & Beans Event: A Lake George Tradition!

One way to warm up in Lake George near the end of winter is the annual Band 'n Beans event at Roaring Brook Ranch. Bands 'n Beans has become one of the biggest parties of the year in the north country, and a sign spring is around the corner. Over 40 local restaurants and individuals compete in a chili cooking contest. Each of the attendees is able to vote for their favorite chili in both the restaurant and individual categories. Sampling chili is only part of this great event, as there is continuous live music on two stages. Bands 'n Beans is a benefit for the Lake George Arts Project.
