And......this from Laurie Jo Miller Farr, Yahoo! Contributor Network -

Lumberjack Pass

"Play for an hour, enjoy the Adirondack mountain and lake views, leave with a smile.  Built on an acre in Lake George, New York, Lumberjack Pass is special in that they skip the ubiquitous pirate ship, psychedelic monsters, or 50s carnival theme to create the closest thing to a regulation size golf course.  Enjoy undulating greens, 18 challenging holes, sand traps and rakes, water hazards at every hole, flags on the greens, ball washers, a natural stone waterfall, picnic tables and umbrellas on the lawn beside an inviting ice cream, burgers and more stand.  Extraordinarily well-priced at $5.55, or all day for $10."
