If you are here for the day, a weekend, week, or for the summer, the Lake George region has oodles of things to do and we're all looking forward to your visit!  First and foremost is Lake George!  Swim, sail, para-sail, canoe, wade, kayak, take an excursion, rent a boat, visit one of the many bays for the ultimate swimming experience!  Maybe this is your year for trying water skiing  or tubing.

There are many attractions to visit while you're here that are close enough for a day trip.  These venues are just 90 minutes from Lake George!  Among them are High Falls Gorge, a natural wonder that began taking shape a billion years ago, Ausable Chasm, the oldest and largest natural attraction in the Adirondacks, The North Pole, Home of Santa's Workshop - child friendly rides, parades, pageants, and, of course, Santa's Reindeer!  Just a stone's throw from these attractions is the village of Lake Placid - watch the skiers practice, visit the Olympic venues, climb White Face Mountain, or maybe enjoy a chairlift ride.

Mary Giella designed, owns and operates Lumberjack Pass Miniature Golf and Fore! Ice Cream, Burgers and More in Lake George. Mary was first introduced to Lake George in 1977 while on her honeymoon. It was her goal to one day be a full time resident of this beautiful Lake George region and, in 2001, she realized her dream with the opening of Lumberjack Pass Mini Golf. In the years since her opening. Mary has expanded the mini golf course to include a soft serve ice cream shop and lite fare foods for the entire family.
