Lake George is at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. The Adirondack Park is a 6 million acre forever wild park. With 3,000 ponds and lakes and over 2000 miles of hiking trails, there is a lot of outdoor adventure and fun to be found in the Adirondack Mountains.
