A luxurious, private vacation rental house situated on one acre of land in Lake George, New York, this house has recently been remodeled and enlarged. The house is located on the west side of the lake on Cramer Ridge Road, which is about 5 minutes from the Village of Lake George.

 

The property is on the side of the mountain on a very private, dead-end street with scenic views of Lake George and the mountains. There is a level yard with trees and bushes and a wooded area with hickory, spruce, and white birch trees.

The House
The first floor of the house contains a new master bedroom (queen size) suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. French doors off the bedroom lead to the deck. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, a whirlpool tub, double sink vanity, and a combo washer/dryer. There are also two other bedrooms – one with a queen size bed and dresser, and one with two twin beds and a dresser. All bedrooms contain fans and TVs. Another full size bathroom is also located on the first floor.

In addition, the first floor also contains a fully equipped kitchen with an island bar and stools, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. The dining room has a stone fireplace, table and chairs, computer table with Wireless Internet connectivity, and sliding glass doors which lead outside to a 12 X 24 screen porch. The Great room has a cathedral ceiling with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and French doors which lead to the deck. The Lower Floor
This area contains a large family room with large screen TV, bar, and a full bath. The family room also includes a queen size pull-out couch and built-in Captains bed. A door from the family room exits to a walkout patio and the lower level mudroom contains a full size washer and dryer.

Directions
North on 9N past Hearthstone Campground. Take the next left onto Flat Rock Rd. Three streets up to Cramer Ridge and take a right. The house is #16 on the right side of the street - a grey ranch with red trim.

Indoor Furnishings
The kitchen is completely furnished with dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker and pots and pans. The bedrooms include pillows, bedspreads, and extra blankets. There are games, books, maps of the area, and menus from many Lake George restaurants. In addition, there are DVD players, VCRs, and a number of movies for children and adults.

Additional Information

Payment: A security deposit of $300 plus one half the rental fee will confirm a week’s rental. The balance of the rent is due one month prior to the reservation date. The security deposit will be returned the following week after the rental period, once the property has been inspected.
Outdoor Furniture: Abundant outdoor furniture includes a gas grill, umbrella tables, chairs, a porch swing, and a huge picnic table. The screen porch has wicker furniture, a small refrigerator for drinks, and a dining table. There is also an outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows.

Internet & Phone: The house has a phone for local calls as well as nationwide calling ability.
We also have wireless internet service.
Capacity: The house accommodates up to 9 comfortably and rollaway beds can be used for an additional 2 if necessary.
TVs: There are TVs in each bedroom
Parking: A large circular driveway can accommodate 4 cars - additional vehicles can be parked on the street.
Pets: Pets will be considered as long as they are leashed and cleaned up after.
Cleaning: It is expected that the house will be cleaned to its original state at the end of the rental period. Should the house be left otherwise, the security deposit will be used to hire a cleaner.
