I have stayed at the lake motel two years ago and going again this august 2012 and can tell you that the place is very very clean, people are very kind, and this place is so well situated , can just cross the road for a good diner. Would recommend this place for sure. This year i will bring a other couple with me and i'm sure they will say the same as me.

i stayed here for a long weekend on the 4th of july.firstly the rooms was nice and clean,parking was a first come first serve basis and the pool was definately not heated.

The Lake Motel offered great service. our stay here was enjoyable. the staff as well as the owner were very friendly. My family and i couldn't have asked for more. we searched for a place close to the lake to stay where cleanliness was offered. the lake motel gave us all this and beyond. The lake motel offers a boat taxi which in many cases could be helpful. The captain offered very useful and knowledgeable information about the lake. On our future visits to lake George we are sure to stay at the lake motel. We highly recommend the lake motel for you and your family !
