POLICIES

No maid service: cottage is cleaned prior to arrival.  It is expected that guests maintain cottage during stay. 

DEPOSITS: Must be received within 10 days of when reservation is made.

50 % deposit of entire stay required and $200 refundable damage deposit.

If cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival, deposit is returned.

If cancelled within 28 days of stay, deposit is forfeited.

 Balance due before or upon arrival.

No refund for unused portion of your stay.
