- 2 large porches (north porch & south porch) with plenty of
seating & hammock
- 4 fireplaces (all useable) 1 of which is in Master Bedroom
suite.
- Linens and towels will be done for you daily
- Beds will be changed mid week as well as when you arrive
- Alarm clocks & TV's available

Housekeeping and breakfast is included daily with whole
house rental package
Check in 3:00 pm
50% deposit is required and non-refundable at the time
of booking by check or 7% sales tax and a gratuity will also
apply
12 person occupancy maximum
We do not allow pets
Smoking is limited to porches only
Security deposit will apply
Renter is responsible for any damages that occur during
your stay
2 night minimum stay is required
Additional meals are optional and available upon request
