Spend your vacation at our summer residence on Northwest Bay, Lake George!

This lakeside cottage is only 40 feet from the shoreline of Lake George and just one mile from the center of Bolton Landing making it a perfect choice for a summer getaway.

Rates:

$1800.00 per week (One week minimum) Rent plus $400.00 security deposit due prior to arrival.

Occupancy: Four people (This a non-smoking cottage. Please confine smokers to the screened, outside porch or the deck.) There is a charge of $40 per person per day for additional guests.

Features:

• Two bedrooms - two single beds in each (Single beds in master bedroom can be joined to make a king size bed) Sofa bed in living room for occasional overnight guest (maximum two)
  
  
• 20" color TV, private phone, fire place, vacuum cleaner, electric baseboard heat in bedrooms
  
  
• Vanity sink and toilet in each bedroom with large adjoining shower, oven, fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, double stainless sink, blender and 15 cubic foot refrigerator (no dishwasher), microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven
  
  
• Office area with a small couch
  
  
• Docking facility included
  
  
• Blankets and pillows are provided. Bring your own sheets and towels
  
  
• Screened-in side porch, large deck, gas grill, picnic table, etc...
  
  
• Video available with $20.00 deposit and all phone charges are the responsibility of tenant and will be deducted from security deposit
