The lake received no ice fishing pressure making for excellent numbers of mature trout and salmon available. Trout and salmon school up outside smelt spawning brooks,waiting for their favorite treats to begin their run.
Fish are shallow and hit hard!It's not uncommon to double or triple up on fish.
