West Mountain is the region's favorite ski area and tubing park during the Winter. Now West Mountain is open year round with activities for the whole family.

At West Mountain you'll find all types of outdoor fun:

• Skiing & Snowboarding: Enjoy all levels of challenge, day and night, everything from novice trails to black diamond runs on 40 trails.
• Tubing: Our tubing park offers 6 tubing chutes for all levels of fun, two dedicated lifts and lighting for night-time family thrills.
• Rentals: From a single set of poles to complete ski or snowboard packages, you'll find everything you need.
• Lessons: Downhill skiing and snowboard lessons are available for both private instruction and groups, as well as telemark lessons. PSIA & AASI National Certified School.
• Golf Driving Range: Bring your own clubs to practice your swing while hitting balls up the ski slope. Small and large buckets available at the main office from 9 am Mon. - Fri. and from 10 am Sat. and Sun. until dusk.
• Volleyball: 2 sand volleyball courts at the base of the mountain. Call 518-793-6606 to reserve your court time. $2 per person.
• Mountain Biking: Take the chairlift to the summit on Saturdays and choose from 30 biking trails to ride to the base. This is true mountain biking, full suspension bikes, helmets and body armour required. Single trip, day use and season long tickets are available.
• Hiking: Ride the chairlift to the top to take in the incredible views and hike down the ski trails.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. Our waitress was super attentive and very nice. I had a tasty bacon cheddar burger, which I would recommend to try! There was a great band playing and the bar was packed with people. A very fun place!

West Mountain is a great local ski mountain perfect for an afternoon or weeknight ski, especially since it is reasonably priced and just about 20 minutes from Saratoga. I love that I can get right out of my car in the parking lot and walk right to the chair lift. The mountain has some really great trails, and an unpretentious vibe that makes everyone feel welcome.

The tubing park is also a lot of fun. I went here with a group of my colleagues after work, and we all had a great time bonding! The best part is, you don't have to hike up the mountain every time you reach the bottom of the hill. The tube hooks onto a pulley and off you go!

All in all, I would highly recommend West Mountain to my friends!

There will be dancing, pony rides, face painting and a bounce house! There will also be a bbq buffet, 50/50 and raffles from local businesses. Cash Bar.

Looking for a fun activity to do with your friends or co-workers? Ski West Mountain will be putting on volleyball leagues starting in the month of June! Teams will consist of 5 players on the court with as many substitutes as you would like. Games will take place Wednesdays and Fridays starting at 6pm. Teams will compete against each other for 7 weeks including a single elimination playoff. There will be a Mens, Womens and Co-ed league so sign up your team now!
