Shore Meadows Motel

Shore Meadows has been family operated since 1954, taking pride in its quiet and friendly atmosphere and personal service. Each unit is reasonably priced and efficient, clean and comfortable. They are fully equipped with utensils, microwaves, refrigerators, color cable television, and air conditioning. Free coffee is available in the morning, and row boats are accessible to rent for boating on the lake

While these equipments make each house self-sufficiently entertaining, relieving, and comforting, other attractions such as shops, restaurants and local events are within walking distance from the motel. Lake George also has a trolley service with a nearby stop for further transportation. Visitors can experience a quiet getaway or exciting vacation, or even both, smoothly and effortlessly from Shore Meadows.

My wife and I just stayed here during the off season like we always do and as usual.. Great place!!! Keep up the great work guys!

Ya know we stayed here last year during the rally, then came back in August for a weekend & we were not disappointed one bit. No food but we cooked out every night (cookers were provided) on the new deck & had a fire on the beach every night, the women loved the fire it was right next to the water. We all had a midnight swim & drinks at the fire. I understand that all rooms have a large screen TV & cable. The owner, Harry, is always around to make sure you have a grand time.
Everyone stays here, people from Germany, Canada, even a family from Russia, what a great time. This joint is right on the lake & we loved the white sandy beach. You can't go wrong if you stay here, priced right too. We love this place. Tell Harry you heard it from the Sgt. Maj. I love the "discount for cash deal!!"

We were here for the Americade and decided to return for some R & R. What a great place right on the lake too. They have Kayak rentals, a dock for fishing, and the swimming on the private beach was peaceful and refreshing. Pat makes fresh coffee in the morning for everyone right on the new deck. If you need anything Harry's right there to get it for you, what a guy. Oh yea they have large screen LCD TV's on the wall, great for watching the Yankee games. I'll tell ya we found our spot at Lake George. My wife already booked a return date in Sept. Enjoy yourself stay here.

We stayed at this joint last year, the women loved the beach & I loved the walking distance to the Village. I didn't have to fire up the Hog every time they wanted to go to town. Great rooms, we're booked for next year to (locked in a good rate) I don't know the guy that owns this joint but I like him. I think they have a few rooms left try it.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, Pat is a very good hostess with AM coffee and anything you need. A short 50' walk to the beach which is all white sand and clear water with no rocks. We love the Gazebo on the water, we're coming back soon.
