• Security for all rentals is $1000. Deposit of 50% of rent is due with all reservations. No reservation is held without immediate deposit. The balance of the rent and a separate check for security for July and August rentals are due June 1.
• Contracts less than 60 days before occupancy are due in full payment. Please pay by bank check or similar guarenteed funds.
