Our small beach area is a great place to enjoy the direct access to Lake George for taking a free kayak ride, sunbathing by the lake, building sand castles, fishing or just sitting on our dock enjoying the beautiful waters of Lake George.

Relax at our poolside patio area with comfortable lounge chairs, patio furniture and gas grills offering a great place to have a barbecue while the kids enjoy the 60-foot heated pool with an extended shallow end. When the kids are done in the pool, let them use the playground, one of our many board games or choose from over 500 DVDs.

This was not the place we originally booked. Our reservation elsewhere was lost. The management at that other hotel sent us here. WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE! The rooms are clean and roomy with plenty of hot water. The beds are very comfortable and have decent pillows, not the collapsable pillows you usually get in motels. Rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, and a patio table and chairs right outside the door. Plus, the owner is right on premises and takes his responsibilities very seriously. There is a beautiful deck overlooking Lake George complete with real patio furniture (not plastic chairs) and gas grills. The beach is small but who cares, the pool was big and it absolutely sparkled! Downtown is just a short walk away. And best of all, every thursday night there are chairs set up for guests to use while watching the fireworks.

I know where I will be staying during any future visits to Lake George, and it won't be the place that lost my reservation!
