The Tiki Resort

Stayed there last week for 3 days. When we check d in at 445 we went up to our room and it was still not clean. We told the front desk and they said sorry please wait a little and try will get it done. So we went by the pool and our room was finally done at 615. The room was dirty, the floor was not mopped and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Spoke to the person at the front desk and they said the next day they will have house keeping go back in. The 2nd night my son woke us up in the middle of the night because there was a spider party in the bathroom. I had to kill 3 of them. Told the front desk the next day and they said "we know and will let house keeping know again". When I went to check out the charged me a full night for the 1st nigh.t I told them I didn't not get into my room until after 6 when check in is at 5 and it wasn't cleaned yet The guy at the front desk said "well you checked in at 445. Did you use our facility at all or the pool?". I told him yes and then he said "well there ya go. You uses our property and so we cannot give you even a discount on the 1et night". This was my 1st time and last time ever staying here

Just had a great time staying at the Tiki with our two teen boys. Our room was very clean and loved the updated shower. We were on the 1st floor which was nice since it had a little patio the rooms above have a small and I mean small balcony that maybe one person can stand on. My boys basically went to the indoor pool because the outside pool was absolutely freezing. The lake was actually warmer.
We only ate breakfast there which was very good and the staff was very friendly.
Location is perfect. Million dollar beach, Minnie HA Ha , the strip are very close you can walk to them. We can't wait to come back.
