Let the magic begin at this family owned and operated boutique resort. The Elms Waterfront Cottages have been a favorite vacation spot for families and couples for over 70 years. A perfect location with 700 feet of waterfront cottages looking out over Tiosaronda Bay to the mountains and sunsets paints this postcard setting.

All accommodations are comfortably furnished with fully equipped kitchens, a dining area, one, two or three bedrooms with at least one queen, shower, cable TV, electric heat, screened in porches or a deck, a picnic table, private BBQ and campfire area. We furnish your bath towels, linens, blankets, pillows and ask you to bring your beach towels.

Our recreational facilities are unique with whitewater rafting a featured event. Travel three miles down the rapids in a tube and paddle over to your cottage. If you prefer, a lazy river tour our professional outfitters are available. Of course, it could be fishing in one of our rowboats, or trying your skill at Stand Up Paddleboarding, kayaking or sitting on our beach raft that catches your eye. We also have a pontoon boat and jet ski for the more adventurous who would like to travel the nine miles of waterway.

This pastoral setting is midway between Lake George and Saratoga Springs. Travel north to the adventurous wonders of the Lake and all day fun parks, or south to the street walking of Saratoga, fine dining and horse racing excitement. Or, use your Elms Vacation Card good for discounts at local restaurants and excursions such as horse back riding, the rodeo or JoDee's Diner and Rocco's Pizza. We also have the best hike to Hadley Mtn with one of the last ranger stations, and a secret wine tasting spot in the woods worth checking out.
