The Cooper's Cave Ale Company is located on the corner of Sagamore and Dix in Glens Falls, NY and has proudly been brewing ales and lagers since 1999.

The Ice Cream Window is open year round and features our handcrafted gourmet sodas and homemade ice creams. We also make ice cream cakes for any reason and in any season.

Our retail shop is a great place to pick up 64oz growlers or 22oz bombers of any of our amazing brews, 12 oz bottles of our delicious, caffiene free sodas made with cane sugar, hats, shirts, locally produced foods, or gift boxes.

The Pub at Cooper's Cave opened in April of 2009 and serves fun, funky, and fresh pub style food in a relaxed environment. We open daily at 11:30, and offer our homemade beers, sodas, and oh yah, FOOD!! All menu items are prepared to order from fresh ingredients......we are sure to please every member of your crew with everything from our famous chopped salad, homemade soups, awesome wings, fantastic burgers, fabulous steaks, fish entrees, kids menu, and superb daily dinner specials!!!

Looking for live entertainment? Most Saturday nights find us with a live local jazz band playing at our Jazz after 9- Freddie Blood, Tony Jenkins, Left Ear Trio are just a few of the acts that have graced us with their stylings. Many of our acts are featured on albanyjazz.com.

We love going to the Pub, with the fresh and creative food , it is a great place for casual dining. The staff is friendly and prompt. Their Ice Cream cakes are the best, always a good choice.
