Our motel rooms include two double beds or queen beds, each with a full bath.

All of our units are air-conditioned and heated with individual controls and all have remote color, cable TV and direct dial phones. All units have daily Maid service. Crib linens and pool towels are provided. Cribs are furnished free of charge, however, they should be reserved in advance. Baby sitters can be made available upon request.

If activity attracts, badminton, volleyball, basketball and table tennis are all available. The children in your party will have plenty to do at our youngster's play area, and at the end of the day, enjoy the use of our outdoor grills and picnic area.

Excellent motel to stay. Spent one night there this summer while on a motorcycle trip. Very clean and reasonably priced. Will stay again if every through area again.

Our family stayed here for 3 nts this July...we found the hotel very clean but not very hospitable....we booked well in advance..we were cffmd in a queen room and rcvd a room with 2 twin beds. We travelled with our 1 yr old granddaughter who stayed with our family in a adjoining room....after our first night a large group of motorcycle clubs chkd and were I placed in rooms surrounding and bellow as...nothing against motorcycle riders,,,my son rides also,but it was a bad location to put us considering the hotel had empty rooms in the back...also I have never stayed in a hotel where you do not get an itemized bill . Next time we will stay in a hotel with friendlier and more accommodating management.

Hello, We are addressing this review to clarify a few of the details. First we must question whether you have the right establishment and not Americas Best Inn which is in Queensbury N.Y., as we do not have any rooms with 2 twin beds in this establishment, nor are any of our rooms adjoining. Rooms come with 2 doubles or 2 Queens and can only be side by side. We are very sorry you were not happy with our service. If these motorcycle guests that were in rooms near yours disturbed you , we were not made aware of it. We can not address a potential problem if we are not informed of one in the first place. As far as unoccupied rooms in other parts of the hotel, you had no knowledge if we had a group arriving late or if the rate for poolside rooms differed etc. Once again, why would we have to entertain possible moving you if we did not know of any disturbance these guests were causing you? As for an itemized receipt, we would have provided one upon request, while normally a guests credit card receipt or a paid receipt for cash is usually sufficient.
