This was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to my friends. Phil Jackson was our captain and he did a great job in setting up the day. He was professional, punctual and very pleasant. Since I got back, I have been telling all of my friends.

I wanted to take my kids on a balloon flight while in the Lake George area and did some research on available options. I found that Adirondack Balloon Flights was the best choice for us. I was impressed by the pilot's experience(Phil) and was able to speak to him by phone before confirming the flight plans. When it came to my family's safety I wanted to know exactly who would be piloting us and with Adirondack Balloon Flights you know who the pilot is and you know that he has the experience to handle anything that may come up during the flight. We couldn't have been more happy with our choice. The experience was phenominal. Phil and his crew were professional, experienced and pleasant to deal with. At all times we felt like we were in very experienced hands. The flight went flawlessly and rates as one of the best experiences that we have ever had on a family vacation. My wife was not able to fly with us(extreme fear of heights) but by prior agreement was able to ride in the chase truck with the crew. She was able to take many great pics but more importantly was able to be part of the family experience. She enjoyed talking with the crew while in the chase truck and was 100% comfortable with the experience. I highly recommend Adirondack Balloon Flights.

My fiancé and I just had an incredible engagement thanks to Phil Jackson and his highly knowledgeable and professional team at Adirondack Balloon Flights. Phil was very easy to work with in setting up this very important day for us. The flight itself was breath taking and exhilarating. It was a surreal experience gently gliding up in the air and viewing the world from a completely unique perspective. We both felt safe during the entire ride and Phil is clearly an experienced professional.

We are grateful that Phil was able to take photos of the actual engagement. Afterwards he broke out the champagne and we toasted to the moment above the low lying clouds.

I had purchased a gift certificate for my husband back in 2006. Weather was against us from the beginning. But, finally the morning of Labor Day 2010 we got up in the air!! The sky was bright blue, the breeze gentle and the ride very peaceful. Phil and Baker were nothing short of professional and fun. We highly recommend them to anyone!

The whole Balloon Ride experience was terrific from the initial inquiry to the ride back to our car.
