A Lake House on Lake George

Our year-round, two-family lake house sits on a 170 feet of waterfront on Lake George. We have a large, private 3/4 acre lot, with a neighbor on only one side, and our own private, sandy beach. Our dock includes a free spot for your boat, if you bring one. The apartment has five large rooms including two bedrooms, a 30-foot living room with two sofas (one is a Castro-convertible double bed), a picture window, and a door to a large deck. Sleeps six very comfortably. The eat-in kitchen has a formal dinning room and another large picture window. Our modern kitchen has all new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. We have cable-TV, NetFlix, VCR, DVD, and wireless high-speed internet. The wi-fi works indoors and outdoors anywhere on the property.

Enjoy spectacular views of Lake George and the surrounding mountains, from four of the five rooms. We have a very large, level lawn, a flower garden, BBQ, beach toys for all, 1500-kw power generator, and many other great extras included.

It's just a short canoe ride from our beach to a group of seven very interesting islands. (Waltonian Group).

Includes all bedroom and bathroom linens and a fully stocked kitchen.
