LAKE GEORGE NY — The Prospect Mountain Diner is back! Residents of Lake George and seasonal visitors have greatly missed the shiny silver diner since it burned down last year in a tragic fire.

On Friday, May 9, 2008, almost a year to the date later, the diner made a comeback. The Prospect Mountain Diner’s grand reopening marked a day of celebration in Lake George, both for loyal customers and for the restaurateurs.

With the same great food and much of the same staff, old and new customers alike had been anticipating the reopening of this landmark diner on Canada Street in Lake George. It has been greatly missed!
