We are nestled in a beautifully serene and private setting with a view of nature from every window. Take a short walk to swim, relax on the dock, or build sandcastles at the private lake association right on gorgeous Harris Bay on Lake George.

We have a large driveway where you can park a boat trailer during your stay. There is a quick launch located at Dunham's Bay Marina, less than 2 miles away, for daily entrance to and exit from Lake George.

The home can comfortably accommodate two families who may prefer vacationing together.

We are just a 10 minute drive to Lake George Village and other exciting area attractions. Have fun visiting all that the Lake George area has to offer and then come "home", kick back and relax in the "peace" of the Adirondacks!



A security deposit of $300 plus one-half the rent will reserve rental dates. (The security deposit will be returned to you one week after check-out.) The balance of the rent is due two weeks prior to your rental reservation.

Cancellation is required one month prior to rental period for refund of rental deposit. If cancellation occurs after one month prior to your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit if we are able to rent the house to another party.

Please no smoking inside the home.

We take great care to ensure that you will find the home clean and welcoming. We ask that you please leave the home in the condition you found it in. Should the house be found otherwise, you will be charged a cleaning fee which will be deducted from your security deposit.

I 87 Exit 21. Make a Right off ramp. At light make a Left. At next light make a Right onto Route 9L. (Waterslide World is on your Right) Stay on 9L approx. 6 miles. You will pass Dunham's Bay. Shortly after Dunham's Bay 9L will fork into "Assembly Point". Take middle road which is Assembly Point Rd. for 1 mile. Make a Left onto Sunset Lane. Go up and over a large hill. We are 3/4 down on the Right - the only house on that side of the hill.
